According to the study, 39 percent Indian millennials have either experienced ransomware themselves or know someone who has.

Over 55 percent of millennials (born between 1980-2000) in India have experienced cybercrime in the past year and globally, millennials are the most commonly affected victims, with 40 percent experiencing it last year, a
report revealed.According to the 'Norton Cyber Security Insights' report by security software firm Norton by Symantec, “39 percent Indian millennials have either experienced ransomware themselves or know someone who has”. ”Millennials emerged as the password sharing generation in India with 34 percent of them admitting to sharing passwords of various accounts,” said Ritesh Chopra, Country Manager, Norton by Symantec, in a statement.Of those who have experienced ransomware, 80 percent of the millennial victims did so in the past one year alone.

Further, 18 percent of millennial victims
paid the ransom, yet, did not gain access to their files, the findings showed. When it comes to Wi-Fi usage, 30 percent millennials agreed to have used their neighbour's Wi-Fi network without their permissions, compared to 22 percent of the overall respondents.

LEGAL WARNING TO BLACK CIRCULATERS,
IT READY TO APPLY BENAMI ACT
Get 7-year jail for depositing your black money in friend's account

News alert: Warning people against depositing their unaccounted old currency in someone else's bank account, the tax department has decided to slap charges under the newly enforced Benami Transactions Act against violators that carries a penalty, prosecution and rigorous jail term of a maximum seven years. In a related development, official sources said that the department has detected over Rs 200 crore in undisclosed income after it conducted over 80 surveys and about 30 searches in cases of suspicious usage of the scrapped currency. About Rs 50 crore has also been seized in these operations since November 8, they said, across various states.
The sources said the taxman has initiated a country-wide operation to identify suspect bank accounts where huge cash deposits have been made post November 8, when government demonetised the Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes.

Such instances where the suspicion is found to be true will be prosecuted under the Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988, applicable on both movable and immovable property, that has been enforced from November 1 this year.
They said the Act empowers the taxman to confiscate and prosecute both the depositor and the person whose illegal money he or she has "adjusted" in their account.
"The CBDT has asked the Income Tax department to closely monitor all such transactions where people are using bank accounts of other persons for hiding and converting into white their black money using the old currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000."Already some instances have been reported in this regard and the department is set to issue notices under the Benami Act..Primarily, they said, the notices will be issued in cases of huge cash deposits beyond the threshold of Rs 2.5 lakh but in cases where a suspicious report is received from the bank or the Financial Intelligence Unit below this threshold will also be investigated."Such an arrangement where a person deposits old currency of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 in the bank account of another person with an understanding that the account holder shall return his money in new currency, the transaction shall be regarded as benami transaction under the said Act."The person who deposits old currency in the bank account shall be treated as beneficial owner and the person in whose bank account the old currency has been deposited shall be categorised under this law as a benamidar," a senior official explained. The Benami Act, the official said, provides that the benamidar, the beneficial owner and any other person who abets or induces the Benami transaction, shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a period ranging from 1-7 years."The benami amount in the bank account deposited post de-monetisation will be seized and confiscated and the accused will also be liable to fine which extends upto 25 per cent of the fair market value of the benami property," the official said. The Income Tax department has stepped up its action to check black money transactions, money laundering and tax evasion in the wake of the de-monetisation and has issued hundreds of notices of enquiry to charitable and religious trusts to show their account balances and to those who have deposited huge cash in their bank accounts.

 Never The Bridesmaid:

BUTY QUEEN
Jennifer Lawrence

JENNIFER LAWRENCE has plenty of experience being a bridesmaid at her closest friends' weddings,
but it is a role that she has no intention of reprising again.

"All of my friends are getting married and having babies. Weddings rock, but I will never be a bridesmaid again,” said the Oscar-winning actress, who has accepted the honour four times so far. "There needs to be a bridesmaids' union. It’s

horrendous. If anyone asks me again, I’m going to say, ‘No. That part of my life is over. I appreciate the ask.’ If I do ever get married, I don’t think I will have bridesmaids. How can I rank my friends?"

“I get very protective of my space," she said. "It took me a long time to be able to do that. But if I’m eating dinner and somebody comes up and a flash goes off from someone’s iPhone camera, I am really rude to that person. Then other people at the restaurant will see and be like, ‘Oh, damn, I don’t want to do that.’ Privacy is a full-time job and I work very hard at it.”

SUPREME COURT SERIOUS ON FAMILY ISSUSE..

CUTS TO WIFES SEPERATION DEMANDS...

NEWS ALERT:   It is a "pious obligation" of a son to maintain parents said the Supreme Court. Hence, persistent effort of a wife to constrain her husband to be separated from his family constitutes an act of 'cruelty' enabling him to get divorce, the Court added.A bench of Justices Anil R Dave and L Nageshwara Rao made the observations while confirming the decree of divorce sought by a Karnataka-based man.The order was passed while setting aside Karnataka High Court judgment which had dismissed the decree of divorce granted by a Bangalore family court in 2001."In a Hindu society, it is a pious obligation of the son to maintain the parents. If a wife makes an attempt to deviate from the normal practice and normal custom of the society, she must have some justifiable reason for that and, in this case, we do not find any justifiable reason, except monetary consideration of the wife," said the court,"In our opinion, normally, no husband would tolerate this and no son would like to be separated from his old parents and other family members, who are also dependent upon his income. The persistent effort of the wife to constrain the husband to be separated from the family would be torturous for husband and in our opinion, the trial court was right when it came to the conclusion that this constitutes an act of 'cruelty'," the top court said.It further said, "It is not a common practice or desirable culture for a Hindu son in India to get separated from his parents on getting married at the instance of the wife, especially when the son is the only earning member in the family. A son, brought up and given education by his parents, has a moral and legal obligation to take care and maintain the parents, when they become old and when they have either no income or have a meagre income. In the order, the court said that for a wife insisting her husband live separately from his parents is a western thought '"alien to our culture and ethos"."In India, generally people do not subscribe to the western thought, where, upon getting married or attaining majority, the son gets separated from the family," the bench said."She becomes integral to and forms part of the family of the husband and normally without any justifiable strong reason, she would never insist that her husband should get separated from the family and live only with her," it said.Noting that in the present case, the behaviour of the wife appeared to be "terrifying and horrible", Supreme Court said, "One would find it difficult to live with such a person with tranquility and peace of mind. Such torture would adversely affect the life of the husband."The apex court confirmed the divorce of Karnataka-based couple who got married in 1992.The lower court had granted the husband divorce after he alleged cruelty on his wife's part. However, later the high court had set aside the trial court's judgement after which the man went in appeal in the Supreme Court.

Crewe has announced to handling of child abuse allegations.

News alert: ..
Crewe Alexandra football club announced it will launch an independent investigation into how it has dealt with child sex abuse allegations concerning a former youth team coach.

The development came a day after  Crewe had been warned that convicted child abuser Barry Bennell had sexually abused one of his junior footballers, but had allowed him to stay at the club for a number of years. Four ex-players have so far made allegations of sexual abuse against Bennell, including Andy Woodward, 43, whose account of how he had suffered has prompted a string of footballers to come forward with similar claims. A statement released by Crewe on Saturday, It added that the Cheshire club “believes an independent review, to be conducted via the appointment of external legal counsel, is the correct way forward in the circumstances”.Crewe’s announcement followed a warning from a senior police chief that a large number of alleged victims of child sex abuse in football have yet to break their silence and that the growing scandal could also engulf other British sports.Scotland Yard and the Northumberland, Cheshire and Hampshire forces have launched separate investigations into historical child sex abuse allegations. His comments came as Operation Hydrant, which investigates allegations of historical child sex abuse within institutions or by people of public prominence, also attempted to calculate the scale of the alleged abuse. The national inquiry into child sexual abuse has already contacted all forces in England and Wales asking them to forward details urgently of any allegations they have recently received.Elsewhere, the quest to track down further alleged victims of Bennell and other paedophiles in the sport continued on Saturday. The Football Association has contacted each county FA in England and Wales, asking them to forward any information to a special hotline. The England captain, Wayne Rooney, has also urged anyone who may have been abused to seek help, while former Wales international Robbie Savage, who played for Crewe between 1994 and 1997, speculated that there could be hundreds of victims of sexual abuse in football.Bailey said: “I suspect … we will see a significant increase in the numbers that are currently reporting allegations of abuse to us. We are receiving reports of abuse in all sorts of different institutions.I am not in the least bit surprised that we are now seeing the lid lifted on exploitation within the world of football, and I suspect there will be other sporting governing bodies … who will come forward and who will identify the fact that they have similar problems.”Some of the claims have come from children’s charity the NSPCC, which last week set up a dedicated hotline – 0800 023 2642 – for football-related cases and has recorded more than 100 individuals contacting the number. The Premier League has said it is “very concerned” by the allegations.Bennell, 62, who worked for Crewe, Manchester City, Stoke and junior teams in north-west England and the Midlands, has served three prison sentences for child sex offences, including one last year.He was jailed for four years for raping a British boy on a 1994 football tour of Florida, and given a nine-year sentence for 23 offences against six boys in England in 1998.On Friday, former players Steve Walters, Chris Unsworth and Jason Dunford spoke about being abused by Bennell in an emotional interview on Victoria Derbyshire’s BBC programme.Former Manchester City youth team player Dunford said the scandal was bigger than the Jimmy Savile revelations. Police have put the total number of Savile’s possible victims at 589.

WOMEN USES PENNIES TO RENOVATE FLOOR

TURN INTO STUNNING PATTERNS

Wondering what to do with that jar of pennies collecting dust in the back of your cupboard? Well, we’ve finally found a good use for them thanks to Tonya Tooners. The Portland, Oregon-based DIY enthusiast used over 13,000 coins to make a beautiful patterned floor in her house, and as you can see, it’s worth every penny!
She made it using three $50 bags of pennies from the bank, along with some Elmer’s glue (ok, ten bottles of Elmer’s glue to be precise), wood filler, grout, and some expensive epoxy. The project took a few months to complete, and progress was often stalled because one of her dogs kept pooping on the pennies (“The dog’s name is Trouble,” she wrote on Imgur. “So that one might be on us”). She didn’t have a particular design in mind and said she “just started with the diamonds, liked how it looked and kept going,” but we’re sure you’ll agree that her efforts have really paid off!

BUTY'S OF AMERICA HISTORY

10 Most Beautiful Ladies as memorable...

The United States presidential election is over, and Donald Trump has taken over as the President of the most powerful economy in the world. Social media was flooded with posts about the dramatic victory of Trump, but not everyone was rejoicing. Heartfelt wishes were simultaneously pouring in for the Obamas who have secured a highly respectable place in every individual's heart. It is indeed difficult to forget this classy family that never gave a chance to point fingers at them.
Besides the Presidents, their wives - who we refer as first ladies - also hog a lot of limelight for various reasons. They are expected to be social, smart, stylish, be a good orator and a good wife and also a great support system for their husbands. And if they are hot and beautiful, then some extra brownie points flow in their kitty. Those of you who have seen Melania Trump's pictures from past and present will instantly be able to relate. Let us take a walk down the memory lane and see who are the most beautiful first ladies to rule the American continent with their husbands.
Charming and sexy, Frances Cleveland was the first woman to experience what it means to be the First Lady of such a powerful nation. Her youth and beauty knew no bounds and we are sure Grover Cleveland had no complaints whatsoever.
Wife of Calvin Coolidge, the 30th President of the United States, Grace Coolidge was known for her beautiful eyes and sexy smile that could brighten up any dull day. She had an envious figure and often dressed in revealing clothes.
Smart and sassy, Jacqueline Kennedy was blessed with an infectious smile and a pretty face. Known as a fashion icon in her days, some of her outfit styles are still quite popular. Married to John F. Kennedy, Jackie was an amazing horseback rider and fit AF.
The first First Lady to ever hold a university degree, Pat Nixon was known to have a compassionate nature. The hazel-eyed lady - who was married to Richard Nixon - ran many children's homes and fetched a place in everyone's heart. Unfortunately, she left for her heavenly abode in 1981 due to lung cancer.
Married to Jimmy Carter - the 39th president of the United States, Rosalynn ensured an active participation in politics and governance in her husband's administration. Her selfless humanitarian work and elegant dressing have fetched her a spot in the hottest First Ladies of America.
Wife of Ronald Reagan who served as the 40th President of America, Nancy was an actor before she got married. She had a great fashion sense and was often criticized for donning clothes made by the top designers but she gave a damn to it and continued to upkeep her sense of style.
Having lost the American Presidential election this year, Hillary Clinton - wife of Bill Clinton - must be upset but let us give her a reason to smile by accepting that she is one of the most beautiful and indisputably the most powerful First Ladies that the United States ever had. Bold and beautiful, Clinton is one helluva smart lady with a rare combination of beauty with brains.
One of the reasons for her husband George W. Bush's great fan following is Laura Bush who was quite actively involved in the campaigns driven by her husband. During her tenure as the First Lady, she initiated a number of programs on education and health care.
Elegant and graceful, Michelle Obama is undoubtedly the hottest First Lady in the history of America. With a fit, hot bod that could carry anything with elan, Mrs. Barrack Obama is class personified.
I can hear the drum rolls and whistles already! Here comes the sizzling Melania Trump who will assume the role of First Lady of America in January next year. She is another very important reason for people to be jealous of Donald Trump.

DO LIKE THIS EVERYBODY MUST HAPPY

Growing up with a mother as a counselor definitely had its perks: she was incredibly patient, a supportive listener, and always gave the best advice. Even though my mom is retired, she continues to help others by sharing her years of wisdom on what it takes to be truly happy. She's told me time and time again that while material goods might make me happy in the moment, that feeling is fleeting. I've learned people who are the happiest don't have the most money or aren't the most attractive, but they all share one thing in common:
Happy people practice gratitude every day.
While this may seem simple enough, our minds tend to focus on what we're missing out on instead of being grateful for everything we already have. Our generation has it even harder because we are living in a social world where we are constantly connected. It's easy to feel like you don't have enough when everyone on your social feed appears to be doing cooler things than you.
Good news: there are ways to practice gratitude each day to live your best life. Here's how.

1. Meditate
Starting your day with five minutes of silence has been proven to change your brain chemistry, making you more resilient against life's hardships. However, there are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to meditation. I used to think you had to think about absolutely nothing (which is pretty much impossible) during your practice. But really, meditation is all about being present and not focusing on what you're going to have for dinner or that you forgot to pick up something at the grocery store. The purpose of meditation is to take time for yourself to set an intention for your day and be grateful in that moment.

2. Create a gratitude journal
A gratitude journal is different than a regular journal because it makes you focus on only the good stuff rather than venting about your worries or writing down everything that went wrong in the day. Each day, you should write down at least three things that you're grateful for. By doing this, you can actually rewire your brain to be happier. It's kind of like the "camera effect." When you have a camera, you're constantly looking for interesting things to capture. Instead of hating the graffiti, you might shift your way of thinking and try to make it aesthetically pleasing in your frame. That's how the gratitude journal works for your disposition. Instead of focusing on pessimistic thoughts, you're going about your day looking for positive things to add to your gratitude journal.
3. Surround yourself with positive people
Reflect on your mood and outlook, after you spend time with certain friends. Do you feel inspired and connected or do you feel drained and dissatisfied? If it's the latter, you might want to reevaluate your friendship. We only get one life to live, so why waste any time surrounding yourself with negative influences? It's not easy to cut certain people from your life, but it's even worse to feel unhappy because of the people you're surrounded by. By positioning yourself around inspirational and positive people, you're setting yourself up for a more sunny outlook and successful future.
4. Talk back to your negativity
You know that inner dialogue that says you're not smart enough, pretty enough, or cool enough? While those nagging thoughts are completely normal, the trick is to talk back to them with positive affirmations so they don't get in the way of your happiness. It may seem silly at first, but it works, trust me. If I catch my mind going down a dark rabbit hole, I counter it with logic and positivity. It's OK to have bad thoughts, but what's more important is how you react to them and to make sure they don't take over your life.
5. Focus more on your community and others than yourself
When you're down in the dumps, it's easy to get lost in "me, me, me," which can lead to self-pity and depression. However, when you take yourself out of the equation, you'll start to feel happier because you're helping other people. Try volunteering, writing cards to loved ones, or cooking dinner for a friend in need.If you practice gratitude each day, you'll slowly start to see a positive change in your disposition and overall outlook on life. It will take discipline and self-control, but really, aren't things you work hardest for worth it in the end?
