  NEWS ALERT: India's top IPSofficers, in charge of the country's security and intelligence apparatus, will go back to the academy from which they began their careers and will relive their training days as they participate in the intelligence bureau's three-day conference on November 26.The annual conference will witness PM Narendra Modidiscussing issues related to the country's internal security, terrorism, money laundering, cyber-crimes, Pakistan's hostility and Naxal violence with the IPS community.Officials say that the intelligence bureau's annual directors general/inspectors general (DG/IG) conference is being organised this year at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy in Hyderabad.The conference has been designed such that all senior IPS officers will stay in the very rooms they had livd in during the 10-month training period after clearing their civil services exams.The annual conference is attended by the DGs/IGs of 29 states, seven Union territories, central agencies like CBI, ED, DRI, NCB and paramilitary forces.

NEWSALERT: The scramble by millions of panicked consumers to exchange banned currency or deposit them turned tragic today when two people died in separate incidents in Maharashtra and Kerala amid chaos and confusion for the second straight day with poor cash flow.Vishwanath Vartak, 73, who was standing in the queue before an SBI branch for exchanging currency, collapsed and died on the spot at Navghar in Mulund in eastern suburbs of Mumbai, police said.Vartak had been standing for hours in the queue to exchange Rs 1000 and Rs 500 denomination notes. Though he was rushed to hospital by some people who saw him collapse, he was declared dead before admission, police said.In another incident, a 48-year old man, who came to deposit Rs five lakh worth scrapped high denomination notes in a bank in Thalassery in Kerala, died after he fell down from the second floor of a building.Unni, a Kerala State Electricity Board employee, was filling the necessary forms to deposit the amount in the State Bank of Travancore's branch, located in the first floor, when the mishap occurred, they said quoting preliminary information.He had unsuccessfully tried to deposit the notes yesterday and came to the bank again this morning.ast two days, men and women across the country had thronged the ATMs since early morning while in many places. to their disappointment, they found the machines not working.Police was also called in to help banks control the angry depositors whose patience wore thin after standing in long queues.

It was also dubbed in HIndi.The offices and homes of producers of Baahubali were raided today.Nearly 60 crores of banned Rs. 500 and 1,000 notes were allegedly found.The high-denomination currency was declared illegal  by PM Modi.The sequel is to be released worldwide in April and distribution rights have been sold for several hundred crores.  The offices and homes of producers Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni were raided today, allegedly because nearly 60 crores of the discontinued R. 500 and Rs. 1,000 notes were believed to have been hoarded there.

A salesman put it more simply when asked what he was seeing early Wednesday: a "massive bid for inflation." "Donald Trump's platform has an inflationary bias: His fiscal policy is likely to be expansionary, and he leans toward protectionism, which is inflationary due to the effects of tariffs and curtailed immigration," Mark Haefele, the chief investment officer at UBS, wrote in a note to clients. Let's break that down in to its two constituent parts: increased government spending and trade barriers. Fiscal stimulus In the lead-up to the election, Trump's campaign laid out a plan for $1 trillion in public and private investment in infrastructure that would generate revenue through things such as toll roads and airports. According to analysts, the combination of a tight labor market and increased money supply in the economy would put pressure on prices. The US is already operating at near full employment, and Trump's commitment to tighten the borders and deport immigrants could potentially reduce the labor force further.      New software — 'sentiment analysis' — that can automatically determine how someone feels based on what they write or say on Twitter, has been developed by researchers led by one of Indian-origin. Based on the number of positive tweets posted toward each party, the computer model predicts that Hillary Clinton — Democratic Party nominee for President of the US in the 2016 election — will win the election. Republicans sent out 17 percent more political tweets than Democrats.Delaware was the only state in which a majority of tweets from all counties in the state were positive toward the same party — in this case, the Democrats. For the Republicans, South Dakota had the highest percentage of counties in which most of their tweets were positive toward the party (73 percent of the counties), the study suggested.The biggest surge of positive tweets for Republicans was during the Republican National Convention on June 18 and when the video of Donald Trump boasting about groping women. The largest surge of positive tweets for Democrats was after the last two presidential debates and after the New York Times published its story October 1 that Donald Trump — Republican Party nominee for President of the US in the 2016 election — avoided paying federal taxes for nearly two ecades.“The sentiment analysis will try to predict the emotions behind every human being when he or she is talking or writing something,” said Debjyoti Paul, researcher at the University of Utah, in the US, in a statement. ”With that in mind, we are not just trying to look at the information in the tweets. We are trying to incorporate the emotion with the information,” Paul added.To test out the accuracy of this software's machine-learning model, the team used it to analyse the individual sentiments of more than 1.6 million (and counting) geo-tagged tweets about the US presidential election over the last five months. The team compared its results to the New York Times Upshot election forecast website and found the state-by-state analysis was very similar.

  The Bihar Human Rights Commission directed the state government to pay compensation, totalling around Rs 15 crore, to 703 victims whose uterus were removed purportedly to gain incentive money under Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna four years ago. BHRC directed the state government to pay the compensation to victims within three months, the Commission said in a statement here. Removal of uterus deprives a woman opportunity of being a mother and attaining complete womanhood. Right to procreation is a facet of right to life and therefore involves human rights, the commission observed.BHRC directed the state government to pay a compensation of Rs 2.50 lakh each to victims in the age group of 20-40 and Rs 1.50 lakh to those above 40 year. The commission had suo motu taken up the matter of removal of uterus in 2012 particularly in districts like Saran, Sitamarhi, Samastipur, Jamui, Sasaram, Begusarai, Katihar and Supual, on the basis of media reports.Following repeated queries by the commission, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar set up an expert committee in October 2012 to look into the issue. The expert committee submitted its report to the commission in February last.The committee found that uterus of women were removed in different parts of the state to get incentive under Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna for BPL families women. It also found that in some cases money was passed without surgery and the booty distributed among the beneficiaries while in some other cases, operations were performed by unqualified doctors, the statement said.
